Perennial massages..

I’d like to know how I’m meant to do this with my bump in the way 😂 I think I’ll need to get my husband to help on this one haha xx

🤣🤣 honestly, Im finding it a struggle to wipe after going a wee let alone do anything else 🤣🤣

You can make things easier by putting your foot on the toilet seat but it’s still pretty hard! I did it a little bit during first pregnancy but still unfortunately tore x

On my second pregnancy (I know there is no evidence it helps second time round but still doing it anyway just in case).

It is SO much easier with a tool (I got the Frida one). It’s ridiculously hard with just your hands, to the point where I thought the midwife must be joking when I tried.

Despite the fact that I have literally given birth in front of him, the thought of getting my husband involved in this activity makes me want to die of cringe. Hats off to anyone who can manage it !!!

Hahaha yeah I don't think I can bare the thought of asking my partner for this 😂😳 I don't quite understand what those instructions mean either and if I can't figure it out there's no way he's going to 😂

You can buy a perineal massage wand to help you do this yourself easier. I didn't want to ask my husband and couldn't myself so this was a good choice for me !
