I’m so deflated right now. I offer my LO the world (interaction - emotionally and physically), she has gorgeous clothes, a clean house, all the toys she could want and gets angry really quickly / doesn’t think twice about headbutting the wall / hard objects when upset (sometimes for no apparent reason). I’ve soothed her when she’s done this and calmed her down but now she’s started headbutting me… like really, really hard. To the point I’ve got bruises on me from the impact she headbutts me… I’m quite worried. My parents said it’s normal as they don’t know how to express their feelings yet (she’s below 2). Does anyone have the same?

You can't expect gratitude from a toddler! What you are providing her is of no impact to her behaviour! It's just very normal toddler behaviour, they get frustrated easily and they can't communicate properly yet. As you know she might head butt you I'd try to anticipate it so you don't get hurt and she doesn't hurt herself. Continue to repeat whatever it is you are saying "no headbutting, it hurts mummy" or whatever and then try to redirect the energy into something else. My LG is more of a hitter than head butter but same same in the frustration/angry emotions!
