I’ve been starting with a clean slate of having to make friends again. Since I was diagnosed (confirmed adhd and 80% sure I’m also autistic), I’ve done an immense amount of unmasking and I just want some friends who understand. It’s so exhausting finding myself masking in every social interaction as a defense mechanism. It would also be nice if I could find another mama who understands what it’s like raising an autistic child. I don’t have any friends.

I definitely understand. My daughter is autistic and it has its challenges, ups and downs, moments of pure joy, and moments of pure frustration. If u wanna talk, u can message me.

I've got ocd and my husband is cloth autistic and has adhd. Our daughter is already showing many signs of being neuro-spicy. We are having an evaluation done sooner then later. It's hard to find moms who aren't in shame spirals about this stuff. I'm here!

Same boat here. My 3-year-old shows signs. It's hard finding people That aren't judgemental and you that you can relax around 😪. I'm here as well if you want to talk.
