Best cough medicine for 15 month old?

Cough sounds dry and chesty at the same time😩 anyone got any recommendations for cough medicine or anything else? X

I found that lemon juice mixed with honey calms the cough a little bit, plus it’s healthier than the cough syrups from the pharmacy
