Hello ladies!

I thought it might be a good idea to share some of the resources I was recommended and delved into in prep for my freebirth.

Course:
This is Sam Gadsdens Facebook Group (course in a group) that is full of fabulous info. There is a guides section and you can scroll through and check out the videos/blogs on the subjects that feel important to you, then you can tick the box to confirm you've done it so you don't end up going over the same bits! https://www.facebook.com/groups/freebirthemergencychildbirth/ - I think it’s £50 to join but has everything on there!

I’ll keep thinking of more, one of the best things you can do is watch lots of birthing videos online. It shows how beautiful and uneventful it all really is! 💙
