Is it just because Ms Rachel says "mama" a lot? Or does my child really think that's her mama?

My 19 month old is in a phase where everyone is Mama, except me...I'm apparently dada š« š i wouldn't worry, they know who their mama is, the word just isnt as associated with us properly yet

My toddler used to call all her friends mumās mama because her friends called them mama. I wouldnāt think anything of it! Itās probably the can you say mama song!

⦠also my toddler sometimes calls me jaimmie because sheās learned itās my name and she knows she shouldnāt š sheās got a wicked sense of humour. Whenever I call Scott up the stairs to my husband she mimics me⦠maybe more mocks me. Either way itās hilarious.

My son learned the word mama from Ms Rachel, when I tried to explain that that word means ME, he started saying āNANANANANAā and hasnāt gone back to the M sound since and itās been like a month šš I feel TEASED

She probably thinks Ms Rachel is A mother. Not HER mother. My toddler referred to women as mommies and men as daddies for awhile. Your baby knows that you are her mother

My son wonāt say mama but he will say doctor for Dr Pepper. š
