Pink discharge after thrush pessary
Hi! My midwife gave me a 3 day course of canesten pessaries to deal with thrush, I’ve done 2 days of them so far, and today have had pink discharge. Seems like a fairly normal side effect from a quick google but it’s hard not to freak out! Anyone got any experience of this??

Oooh that’s interesting, I was told not to use the pessary while pregnancy and just use my finger to insert it? X
maybe I’ll try that tonight!! My midwife said it was safe to use so slightly unsure!
I had exactly this - just the pessary working its way out!x
oh this is such a relief. I went straight into panic mode 😅 so yours was pink as well? Sorry, aware this is quite a TMI thread but I’m so grateful for the reassurance!
