Can I play horror games pregnant?

Hey y'all! So I'm very big into horror games. And all through the summer I've been play testing a horror game that comes out.... TOMORROW. And I want to play it and experience it to its fullest. Though, I just found out last week I'm 7 weeks pregnant. I don't want to cause any unneeded stress this early, but I want to know if I have to give up the genre for a bit to make sure my baby's healthy. I couldn't find any answers on Google, but I'm going to ask my OBGYN when I see them next. I just wanted some thoughts on it. Also, the game is Zoochosis
