Possible twins

Haven’t had an ultrasound or anything I’m just going based off my symptoms But…. This is baby #2 for me and I got a positive test three days before missed period and I thought that was kind of weird but figured my HCG levels were just high & my body just knows what to do this round. But at 4 weeks pregnant I was already feeling EXTREMELY tired all the time and I’ve had so much cravings , extreme moodiness & Frequent urination at only 6 weeks now. It wasn’t like this my first round and I am aware that every pregnancy is different but I just can’t shake the thought that I might be carrying twins. I guess I’ll find out at my baby appointment soon. But tell me what yall think.

That's normal. All pregnancies are different. I was more tired this time around and I found out I'm having one baby. I had the same symptoms as you. It could be possible but it's not a huge indicator. Congrats on your pregnancy!
