Anybody else failed their glucose test?

Yes, I did it! They draw your blood to see what your fasting level is and then 3 more times, every hour! It was mainly just boring to just sit there waiting but they poked the same part of my arm all 4 times. That seemed to be the worst part for me. I got my results yesterday and they seem to be in the correct levels but waiting for care team review.

Same! This is my second and I failed by 2 points. The way they're doing mine is fasting again, checking my blood sugar when I get there, drinking MORE sugar, and checking after 1/2/3 hours. They said if I pass the first two, then I don't have to stay for the third. That's about all I know. I keep forgetting my iron tablets too but now I'm taking 65mg twice a day and using an alarm on my phone, I don't have the 3 hour test until Monday so I'm watching what I eat the rest of the week

I failed the one hour. This is my fourth. Passed the other 3 I BARELY passed the 3 hour. The three hour you will fast. And they will do 4 blood draws. One as a fasting baseline. And then one every on hour on the hour for 3 hours.

I will warn that while the amount of liquid is the same. The sugar content is doubled. I didn't have any problems until about an hour after my blood sugar TANKED. Try and eat a healthy snack or meal afterwards.

omg thanks for letting me know about the sugar content doubled. The drink already makes me nauseous 🤢 so im gonna be struggling

Bring a bottle of water to sip on! If you throw up you'll have to retake it 😣
