My little boy has a really bad cold, what do people recommend to help with the congestion? A lot of products seem to be for 2 & over. We already have the calpol plug in xx

Snuffle baby vapour bath
My little girl has suffered bad with colds recently. The Calpol vapour plug for nighttime is amazing, Calpol nasal spray which I use before a bottle and feedings mainly and then before bed and baby rub to put on their chest at night! X

Humidifier, snufflebabe products - nasal drops, vapour oil and bath vapour. Luckily my LG has only had one cold in nearly 11 months! She’s been on probiotics since birth xx
Everything Kimberley said we use and it helps :)
We put jumpers under his cot mattress to have him sleep on a bit of an incline and that helps us a lot!!
