I’m 5, almost 6 months postpartum. I suffered daily with headaches until about 3 weeks ago. Doctors said it was stress/sleep deprivation and possibly bounce back headaches from taking pain killers. I stopped taking pain killers. Took sleeping tablets (prescribed by doctor) and increased my exercise levels. They have finally gone away! Where is your headache? Mine were in my temples like a tight band around my head. I hope you find some answers.
I try not to take any painkillers where possible, could be stress as been referred to peri-natal team. Very useful to know your side, Thank you for your response and I’m so glad you finally got answers ☺️💕

I have them regularly at the moment due to neck tension.
I’d definitely recommend physio or similar if you feel the same.

Headaches can be due to multiple reason but if blood works are fine please consider increasing your fluid intake. If you're dehydrated you can get Headaches. Include more fluids like water, fruits or fruit juices (fresh is preferred not canned). Also check if you're having acidity. Take a walk 10-15 mins after each meal. Hope this helps
thank you ☺️ I do try to drink as much as possible x
