Yes that’s normal because of the change on the diet
Milk/formula are liquid, so liquidity poop. Pureed food is more solid poop. My baby had changed poop too
My little girl had this, it changes constantly right now!😭🤣
Should I be giving her water? Right now she’s only getting water from formula but since I’m doing some solids (one meal a day in the am) should I be giving her little water? If so, how much? Wondering if this will help also soften her poop
@Oksana haven’t done peas yet but yes so far so good . I’ve been mixing sweet potatoe and avocados with oatmeal/formula so it helps ease her into it
@Natalie we tried oatmeal before purée’s at 5 months and it just caused so many issues. Made her sleep worse at night and you could tell it was upsetting her stomach. One night we fed it to her and she projectile vomited everywhere so we stopped that right away! 😅😅 she refuses to sleep in her room now 😅
You can give some water or formula with meals if you are worried, but if she isn’t having issues pooping, idk that I would.
I haven’t had this happen yet!! Side question, did your baby take to purée’s well? I fed my daughter pea’s and she started crying… 😅
