Thawing frozen muffins

I was super prepared today and made a batch of baby-friendly blueberry muffins for our LO - yay! 🥰 For convenience, I popped them in the freezer to grab whenever. Sorry if this is a stupid question as I've not done it before and want to make sure it's safe for baby - do I leave it in the fridge or room temperature to thaw? And for how long? I know they can be heated, I'm thinking more for when I take them on the go!

If it were me I would leave it on the side to defrost for a few hours as its not something ‘high risk’ like meat etc and its already cooked

I do this all the time, I usually pop them on the side. Then either serve them as they are, pack them up if we’re going out or reheat in the oven or microwave.

Amazing, thank you both! Can already see this is going to make many meals much easier 😊

Any chance you can share the recipe for these please? 😀 love blueberry muffins!!

@Yasmin thank you!! ☺️
