Pram shops
Where are the best places to shop for a pram in Bristol? How far in advance did you order your pram? I’m not due until April so a while to go yet, I was thinking of waiting for the Black Friday deals if that’s not too late. I have an idea of what I’d like - I’m leaning towards a Silver Cross. I know John Lewis stocks the exact pram I am interested in but I want to shop around and hopefully get a bargain. Recommendations from other Bristol Moms would be fantastic as I really hate shopping in person and want to minimise how many shops we need to visit! ❤️

I test drove the one I had my eyes on in John Lewis then bought it pre loved as the shops for anything baby related are TERRRRIBLE in Bristol.
I tried out in JL and then bought pre-owned too but new car seat and covers etc that I wanted. JL quoted me an 8 week wait but they couldn't be sure as they come direct from the supplier. You'll have plenty of time if you buy in November

I did google pram shops earlier and couldn’t find many nearby, it’s a pity we don’t have any decent ones! Shopping in Bristol isn’t great in general 🤦🏻♀️
there is a pram shop in clevedon, they’re refurbing it but there are a few in there. Just have to call them before hand to go a see them. They walk you through stuff. I went there to look at car seat options… I’ll find the name bare with me
it’s called Trendy baby, but it’s labelled outside as Trendy home I believe.
I went to John Lewis to try prams but got a better deal for my silver cross online. Also there is a pram shop in keynsham on the high street x
I got my silver cross from a site called lesters nursery world. It was the same pram as in John Lewis but more to the bundle and cheaper x

I went to test prams in John Lewis but bought my Silver Cross from online4baby. I then needed a double buggy and went on TikTok for research lol and ordered direct from Ikkle Bubba. I know there’s a baby shop in Keynsham too
I test drove prams in John Lewis then ordered the prams set I wanted for uk baby centre online in the sales in January (sure they’ll do Black Friday sales too!) we got a bundle including car seat and isofix etc too and saved £350 on if we’d bought it at John Lewis! But it’s good at JL to try lots of different makes and models first x
We bought ours online from Samuel Johnston online as they had the best bundle.
