‘Bump and Baby’ or ‘Happy Parents Happy Baby’?

Hey gals, I’m based in Wimbledon and trying to choose between the above two antenatal classes. It’s my first pregnancy and I’m the first in my friendship group to do the baby thing, so what I’m mainly hoping to take away from the classes is local mum/parent friends. Does anyone have any opinion on which is better? Even more helpful if you happen to have done either in Wimbledon! Thank you in advance!

Hi we attended Happy parents, Happy baby and had a great experience. We made really great group of friends through the course.

I honestly don’t think it matters - it’s total pot luck who you get in your group so I would just go to the one that works better due date wise and also when the classes are during the week and location of the classes.

We did NCT and the 8 mums are super close 2 years on. But I have friends that never gelled with their group.

Try pregnancy yoga or Pilates or join bizzy Lizzy you will make lots of friends :)

We did bump and baby in Tooting and it was a fab group and you also get the bonus of baby first aid, but as Francesca says it’s pot luck who you get in your group!!

I had this dilemma (based in Southfields!) and although preferred the look of HPHB I went with B&B because it was better location-wise. I think the course content will be similar so as others have said, pick the one that checks more of your boxes, like how convenient it is.
