HELP! Would you use Once Upon A Farm pouches that have been left in a cooler for a week or so?
So my mom ordered a box of Once Upon a Farm pouches. This is the second order she's received, and I went through the reminder that they need to be refrigerated. Not to mention, it says perishable, refrigerate, multiple times on the box. But instead she just tucked the box in the corner of her office.
The fact that she tried to blame me has me even more irked.
The box has insulating packaging and three big ice packs. When I opened it the ice packs were melted and the pouches were cool to the touch, but definitely not cold.
They have a clear bottom and the contents look normal.
Would you toss them or use them?

i’d open one and smell it, if it smelled okay then i’d use it
As long as they haven’t been opened and they are not room temperature then they should be fine
