Headaches

🙋🏼‍♀️ this is me, I’m 13 on Friday but I swear I’m regressing in terms of headache and nausea

Yeah I feel the same. Is there anything that makes you feel better?

Honestly just ice packs for my forehead and ice cubes to slowly suck on for the nausea but even that’s wearing thin at the moment, I’m on anti nausea tablets too but feels like it’s picking up speed and dinner is almost always a no go. Anything you’ve found?

I have just started getting headaches. Am 15w3d and just started // anyone else experienced this later on?

Yes, never had headaches in my life and now all day ones. Pregnancy is the gift that keeps on giving !!
