What measurements did you use?? 🥰

I eyeballed it. For the almond milk I'd say 4 cups approx , 3 tablespoons of chia seed, 2 cups of oatmeal, one sliced banana

It’s so yummy I need to do this more! Do you put the banana in the night before as well or just before you eat it?

this last time I added the banana the night before. It does give it a softer consistency. If you like your banana to be a little bit more firm I'd say adding it before you eat it.
