Burratta cheese
Does anyone know whether burratta cheese is safe during pregnancy? It's on the menu for a friend's wedding I'm attending. Thanks all!

Yes it is esentially just mozzarella. Fine to eat x
Providing its pasteurised, yep safe to eat. I went to a restaurant where it was unpasteurised and a wedding where it was pasteurised so worth asking
Depends if pasteurised. If it's traditional and from Italy like an artisan one it probably won't be but a lot of restaurants do use pasteurised burrata so worth asking.
Omg I'm craving stuff like burrata atm - jealous. Enjoy! Will be fine provided it's pasteurised so you could just double check. x
