So somehow my toddler has managed to burn her wrist. We think it’s from the frying pan yesterday as she didn’t leave the kitchen with us when we went to eat breakfast. Weird part about it is that she didn’t cry or scream or show us she was hurt in anyway, I only saw it as I was getting her dressed.
The burn hasn’t bothered her at all but I noticed it is blistering on one end and I’m not sure what to do. I’m worried about her catching it and popping it. What should I be doing to help the burn heal and avoid further injury?
*before you all come at me saying I should watch her more carefully, accidents happen and I am always conscious of keeping her safe. She is also a very independent and clumsy toddler*

ah okay thank you. I’m just worried about her popping the blister. She is unbothered by it but my mum was a nurse years ago and just told me to use a plaster and suodcrem. I’m just worried.

It will be okay, my lil boy got hot coffee on him. Just try and make sure it's clean all the time. And like u say make sure she doesn't pick it. We used aveeno creams as u don't want to dry it out. We had to clean his burn with warm water 4-5 times a day, u want it a pink colour, like ur pic. Kids skin is incredible it will heal soo much quicker than us.
If she finds it itchy later, give the liquid prition. Xx

You could always wrap it in cling film- but I think my toddler would pick at that more

Try putting honey on it?
Mine burned himself on the iron and when the hospital popped the blister, they put honey on it before bandaging up. That was obviously and open wound.
Coconut oil Nat also help?
