Sma althera milk

My 2 month old was prescribed sma althera on Tuesday im really struggling to burp her since starting her on this has anyone else had this issue? Also did this milk help improve symptoms
My little one is experiencing
Tummy pain
Constipation
Blocked nose
Sneezing
Mucus in poo

My daughter is on Sma Alethera too. She's always been hard to burp but brings up a lot less with this milk. I think it's coz its so think there's barely any bubbles in it. It has helped improve my daughter's symtoms somewhat as she had mucus and blood in her poo and severe bloating. It did take a good 2 weeks to see improvement though x
