My daughter woke up the night after playing outside when it was kind of chilly, she has a runny nose and a cough for about 5 days, no fever. She then got a few skin colored bumps on her legs, they lasted for about a week getting a few more everyday. Now I didn't know if these things are related. She woke up one morning and the bumps had gone to her butt and arms. Still only a few and still skin colored. After 2 weeks, she now has 100s of them and they are on her belly now. Also, since are turning red. They are very small and don't seem to itch her. I took her to the Dr on Monday she said it looks like Scarlett fever but she hasn't had a fever so she's thinking some kind of viro rash that maybe the runny nose and cough was a virus not a cold. So basically we don't know what it is or how to get rid of it. She did not prescribe her any medicine and said give it another 2 weeks it should start to go away. I'll post pictures in the comments. It's hard to see in the pictures.

Molluscum contagiosum is a viral disease that causes small pink or skin-colored bumps on your child's skin. Found this on Google and the pictures of it are very similar to your little one. Luckily it says it will go away on its own and it’s anything to worry about. But of course a trip to the doctor never hurts
Thank you. I'm not sure what it is. I searched so many things that it looks similar to. The Dr just said some kind of viro rash from some kind of virus. It's now been almost 4 weeks. They spreaded to her face but the rest are finally starting to go away. I've been giving her oatmeal baths that have been helping.

I’m glad they are going away. Rashes are always scary

My daughter has the same rash right now. I took her to the pediatrician yesterday and they said it’s eczema
