Looking for jobs. Any tips?
Currently a SAHM and I haven’t worked in almost 2 years.. but I want to start working again. I was a admin assistant at my last job for an insurance broker and I want to go into retail (just for the discounts and some of the benefits).
Not sure how to prepare for interviews since it’s been a while and my resume need to be updated

Retail interviews are pretty basic they usually just give customer service scenarios and ask how you deal with unruly customers so I would just be prepared for those but other than that it’s super straightforward. For a higher end place they may try to gauge your knowledge level of their products so I would also prepare for that
For clothing, be prepared to talk latest fashion trends and about the store specifically.
For box stores it's about how much you can lift and efficient you are at unpacking and knowing where everything is.
Know about the values of the company and the vision.
You have to be available during the weekend
