Yeah! Earlier this year and it was soo awful. Her temperature just didn’t go down. I hope your little one feels better quickly 😭💫

Yeah she’s had it a couple of times 😔 it’s nasty but the antibiotics kick in fairly quick when we could get it down her! But then it caused diarrhea which was fun. The difflam spray really helped too x

My son had it about a month ago and ended up in A&E with it because he was so poorly 😔 he went on Amoxicillin for a week 3 times a day, I'd say it took at least 5/6 days for him to be more normal! He ended up getting a weird rash a couple of days after but think it was all part of the illness. He seemed to just eat fruit pouches for a few days. Hope they get better soon! X

Yeah my son has had it twice and been hospitalised both times for it. It was absolutely awful. My best advice is try to keep them hydrated, give whatever food they will have and as much comfort as they won’t. I’m sure you are already doing all that anyway. I hope they feel better soon ❤️

oh no! Sorry to hear this! My boy had a rash that was spreading so bad so obviously thought the absolute worst ! Hospital! Yeah he’s drinking his milk not really eating but got told that’s expected for a few days ! It’s awful isn’t it hate it when they’re poorly! Feel so helpless! Xxx

the second time my son had it he also had a rash. It is so scary and feeling so helpless is the worst. You are doing what you can though xx

@Lou hey sorry abit random? But was the rash around his mouth? My daughter is on amoxcillin which has penicillin in it but has come out in a rash around her mouth? X

I think it was to do with the virus not the antibiotics, it disappeared after a few days. It was more on his tummy and back I think x
