Waxy ears? Infection
My baby is having more and more earwax like huge globs of it coming out, but her ears are starting to look more wet, and she’s now started tonight tugging at her ear?
Is this a sign she might have an ear infection?

Don't know about the wax but ear tugging can be a sign of teething
Try and keep ears dry during bath time to help that.
My son suffers with waxy ears too but tugging at ears could just be her self soothing….
