Labor signs?
Just wondering what were your signs that labor was close/started? This is my 2nd baby however my 1st was induced, so labor was expected same day & contractions started strong from the beginning.
I’m 37+2, I’ve had mild cramping & backache (at the same time) but they’re nowhere near consistent yet. Braxton hicks seem to come on much more frequently, and all day I’ve felt some strong pelvic pressure that it’s uncomfortable to walk or even sit.
Also wondering, (if you have 2+ kids) did your 2nd come earlier than your 1st?

Same with me … my first was induced.. I’m 38 weeks and 2 days. I personally think our bodies are getting ready for ACTIVE labor but it’s not labor yet. When labor comes we will know for sure.
Same exact situation going on for me, 38 weeks tomorrow
I had really bad menstrual cramping and that followed with strong contractions that took my breath away and I could not talk through and made me sing like a canary
Exact same!! 38+3 and I can barely remember what a contraction felt like when I was induced lol
Same!! Both of my last pregnancies were induced (but no epidural) and I’m wondering what does contractions in early labor feel like because with my last one I didn’t feel anything until I was about 9cm dilated and I’m scared I wouldn’t start to feel them until it’s too late and it I wouldn’t make it to the hospital 😂
