Implantation cramping?
My cycle has been very off but my app says I’m supposed to be ovulating right now and I’ve been having some mild cramping since yesterday. Could that be an early sign I’m pregnant? Idk

Cramps aren't really a good thing to distinguish between af and pregnancy. It's best to take lh strips daily until your period shows up
Ovulation can cause cramps too.
