Has anyone got any tried and tested methods to ease trapped wind?

I had to use infacol too which does help a little bit but not consistently. I put him on my chest and hold his back with a bit of pressure then circle his bum in both directions for a minute or two; I do find he gets up some big burps this way as I get nothing from tapping/rubbing his back

Really struggling with this too, my partner is really good at burping our little one, but I can never seem to do it as effectively, really upsets me 🥲
