Rash behind ear

Anyone know what this could be baby is fine in herself just weird little rash behind ear could it be sweat rash? Or something more serious?

Is she dribbling? Could be from dribbling running down from being on her back or side overnight if so x

she dribbles 24-7😂😂

and she sleeps on her side every night xx
