*** I also don’t eat seafood 😭 My BF baby has CMPA and I’ve already found no dairy hard enough. Saw an allergy specialist and he strongly suggests cutting out soya and egg as well. I’m honestly struggling to think what I can eat other than meat, fruit, and veggies. I really don’t want to switch to formula for purely selfish reasons. BF is just so much easier than bottle feeding.

Hey. So my baby has a strong sensitivity to dairy and soy. So this is how to start. You can use substitutions. I usually use almond or oat milk for all my milk needs. Ask your doctor if it’s cows dairy and goat dairy. Because my baby is okay with goat dairy. I am trying to use goat kefir as a substitute for buttermilk.
Plant based butters are fine for baking and cooking. I just switched to oil (for cooking) or apple sauce(for baking) for most substitutions.
Eggs is hard. But not impossible. Just switch it with an egg replacer if available. Next post I’ll link some specific recipes.

A lot of Asian recipes are usually dairy free. So enjoy some Japanese and Chinese food.
I made a “spring roll” salad with the Asian cabbage salad mix from Costco, some rice noodles and I just made a peanut butter dressing (read your PB for oils. You might want to switch to the natural PB).

This recipe I just use oil for butter. And I used canned coconut cream for in place of the heavy cream.
Overnight oats and green smoothies are great breakfast options. Add flax meal and chia seeds for added nutrition.

These are good. You’ll have to sub the egg out for a “flax egg” or you egg substitute.

Egg replacer good for baked goods. And soy free.
Use coconut aminos for soy sauce for a soy free option.
Wow thank you so much!

Prosciutto is going to help you with that salty craving.
I found I eat more spicy food. I made a chipotle sauce with coconut cream, mayo and canned chipotle peppers.
I also made chopped salads with vinaigrettes.
I found that subbing out ingredients was easier than finding new recipes. But the struggle doesn’t change. You can do this. Message me if you want to chat food or vent about missing cheese.
