Guilty for napping ...

Is it wrong to feel guilty about trying to ketch up on sleep when your baby is napping knowing you need to clean and other adulting things on your plate need to get done. It seems like I have to pick and choose.

Girl. No hah I made the mistakes of not napping when my first born would and I quickly regretted that. Sleep.. the cleaning can wait.

You can pour from an empty cup! Take care of yourself first, things can wait..

Absolutely not! The cleaning can wait.get your sleep.

Catch👏 up👏 on👏 sleep👏 You have to care for yourself to give the best care to others.

Girl no!! I have a one month old and I still am trying to get the hang of things. I feed him, do what I gotta do for him, then sometimes I wake up/get up at 2 pm! I basically nap while my baby sleeps and I got blackout curtains.

Lmfaooo nope. My twins are almost 19m old and since they were 4m old I've laid down with them every single day for their 3 hour nap. I gotta have that extra sleep and it helps them nap longer.

I also have twins. If I’m exhausted, the first the I’m going to do is nap! I need to function with some sleep

@Elannah 😂😂

Nah; I took the advice sleep when the baby sleeps to heart & im so glad I did.

I love the comments everyone is urgently in agreement that sleep is the requirement and standard lolz rightfully so. 💜💕💜sleep momma guilt free. I hope you chose sleep too!

Nap :) your body needs it. Try do stuff with baby awake. Put them in a carrier or in a swing nearby and power clean for 30-45mins that’s what I do and it’s usually enough. You gotta go fast tho and just smash it out without over thinking it
