How soon after the birth of your little one did you loose your swelling caused by blood pressure? Is there anything I can do post birth recovery to help the swelling go quicker
Baby weight not so much bothered about it's more the swelling of hands legs and feet

Keep wearing compression socks when you can, and try to keep your feet elevated. Also keep an eye on your BP because it can still cause issues postpartum!
