Eczema

Hi, my 2 year old has eczema around her eyes and her wrists. Can I get some advice on what I could do to get rid of it pls. She’s constantly scratching it.

I have eczema round my eyes and I use 100% shea butter which works amazingly! Dairy and sugar are the biggest internal triggers for me so cutting them out too might help
