Traveling alone

Hey mamas
This might sound like a silly question but I’ll ask it anyway.
How do you manage to drive alone with your babies (esp those under 6 months?)

My daughter suffers with silent reflux and recent change of her formula has helped lots but she still brings up milk sometimes during/after feed and other times 1/2hours after feed. for this reason I don’t go anywhere in car alone with her. I hate the thought of having her sat in the back while I’m driving and not being able to intervene, she sometimes coughs while spitting up milk so I always raise her up.

For this reason I have been making sure I always have someone in car with us.

But it’s getting difficult to always have someone

On the seating note, does anyone find it easier to have the baby sat in the front passenger seat? (I know it’s recommended to have them sat in the back behind passenger seat)

I guess I just feel very paranoid about it, I thought having baby mirror in the back would help but no 😭

You could try a live feed camera? It's easier than a mirror

I put my little boy in the front, I know it’s not recommended but due to my partner working offshore I had no choice. This helps massively as if he’s going to be sick I can intervene quickly and also keep an eye on him
