Eating haggis whilst pregnant

I have had haggis pizza twice in the first 12 weeks and am only now reading that I shouldn’t eat haggis due to liver/high vitamin A content. I am really worrying about this now. I would say I had no more than 70g each time. Of course I won’t be doing this again but wondering if anyone has been in the same position? Hoping to put my mind at ease a bit.

I ate a cooked breakfast including a large piece of haggis when I was about 11 weeks and I now have a happy healthy 4 month old so do not worry! Xx

I absolutely loved haggis, neeps and tatties and ate it a few times during my pregnancy until i found out i shouldnt so i stopped. My little girl is almost 10 months old✨️ don't worry ❤️

I didn’t know you couldn’t have haggis until I was about 20 weeks, had it several times and am now 36 weeks and all good. Don’t worry too much, I voiced my concerns to many other mums who said they didn’t know either and now have very healthy babies x

Supermarket haggis is fine, traditionally made haggis which tbh is quite hard to find is not. It’s because it can contain liver but most supermarket brands do not x
