Why do I feel like I hate people so much?

I just can’t seem to find ‘my people’ I can’t seem to trust or feel like friendships will go anywhere, when I have felt like that I haven’t managed to maintain the friendship. What is my problem? I’m not high maintenance, I’m not rude, but I do struggle with shyness or anxiety. I don’t expect much, I just give up on them myself and also think people don’t like me.. and as soon as I have a negative feeling I back away so then I feel like I do hate people. I don’t know what this is but I want to feel love and genuine connections. I want to pop round a mates house for a cuppa and laugh every week :( I don’t have that. I can’t have that.

Maybe it's not that you can't find your people , maybe it's that youre closed off more than you think. If you feel like you hate people that for sure will transfer to your relationships. We all give off energy, sounds like a cleanse could help you .

What sort of cleanse do you mean? @Violeta💕 thank you you’re probably right I am more closed off

It sounds like you're basing future relationships off of past experiences and it sounds like your past experiences haven't been the best. A cleanse could be saging your home and yourself, practicing positivity (eliminating negative thoughts). I would also wear a bracket with 🧿 to protect you. Depending where you're at you can get a cleanse from a curandera or healer this could be an alternative.

@Violeta💕 omg it’s like you know me! I am doing that and they haven’t!! Thank you so much. I will do this I have a smudge set, I haven’t used it for so long. I completely forgot about it. I’ll get the eye bracelet. I do have one hanging on my porch door but not sure ifs working there been there for a while. I was just talking to my OH about maybe getting some CBT just now and we think it might be a good idea. Again thank you so much xxx

You're welcome. Try it and see if you notice a change. We are surrounded by energy, energy does not lie. ☺️
