UAB Birth

My UAB nurses was great especially encouraging me that everything is going to be alright and to all ways ask questions even if it’s crazy! The doctors do round early 😂😂 Like 4:30am 5am early so just be prepared for that!

So I had my first natural birth there they were great no issues


My last natural birth was cool but when it was time for shift change the new doctors were rude and the prior doctors told them how I wanted to keep my placenta they totally disregarded that and let someone throw my placenta away

that is tooo early but who can sleep with a newborn to stare at anyways 😅

I would have been livid!! That couldn’t have been a mistake…like why would it have been kept long enough for it to be thrown away if you didn’t intend on taking it with you? That’s awful and I’m sorry that happened to you. Did they ever give you any explanation??
