Metanium cream discontinued?

For some reason it's suddenly been ripped off the shelves and you can no longer buy in supermarkets? Anyone else found this or is it just shropshire. Really don't know what else to use when my LO bum is really really sore 🥺

Can’t find it anywhere!!

I have seen that it's been temporarily discontinued due to a shortage in ingredients. Apparently sudosalve is supposed to be good, although I haven't tried it yet
