Question

Hi! So I’m 28 weeks, baby has always sat pretty low, she seems to always be laying across my belly at the bottom, but wow my pelvis hurts! Any ideas how I can help her move a bit further up?

I had this and when I had my 28 week growth scan they said baby laying across my lower belly (transverse) can be quite uncomfortable as its stretching you the wrong way and pressing on nerves (my sciatic in particular) but can start moving from now onwards so their advice was for me to keep moving and low aad behold, mine has moved, don't get me wrong it sometimes decides to go back there, but it's no longer consistently sat so low and spread across, I thought it was trying to escape early 🤣🤣🤣

Aww I'm so glad for you! Mine flipped around and sat in their favourite transverse position earlier and clearly has no intention of engaging yet, but at least now continually moves so I'm not stuck being uncomfortable 😂
