Antibiotic diaper rash?!?

Any ideas on what I can use for an antibiotic diaper rash? My LO is stuck with a raw butt and I don’t know what else to do. As far as we know his only allergy is mango. We’re willing to try home remedies or meds.

My pediatrician told me, if it's similar to a yeast diaper rash, you can use athletes foot cream. It's the same thing a pediatrician would prescribe

I always do some aquaphor then the max strength butt paste. His pediatrician also prescribed an ointment that rx only after I sent them pictures of it. I would definitely reach out to them if it's too bad

The only diaper cream that worked for us was triple paste

I've had a prescribed diaper rash cream from my son's pediatrician to help with bleeding diaper rash

Make sure your diaper rash cream is at least 40% zinc.

You can get 100% Zinc online. This helps with diaper rash, burns and cuts. It helps heal it. I use it at the nursing home all the time and I also use it on my daughter.

what brand do you suggest? I always bring 100% zinc whenever I go to my home country!! That thing is fantastic, my husband had a third degree burn on his hand and we healed with 100% zinc
