it looks good to me! the only thing i would maybe add is some cooling pads! they are great for after birth i just got boots own brand - im not sure if there’s some in the frida kit u mentioned though if there is then your all set 🥰xx

A light dressing gown (for shower, or just to throw on in hospital if half naked)

thank you. I’ve definitely thought about these but the Fridamom ones are a bit pricey. I was waiting for the boots one to go back in stock as they seem great and sound like a great thing to have x

thank you I actually bought one of these today for the hospital bag but I bought a cream one which isn’t the best colour but I’m gonna take it either way x

Would highly recommend witch hazel foam to use inside the disposable underwear, very soothing and healing!

Definitely some earplugs and/or earphones for listening to music/watching netflix etc. also I put some aloe Vera gel and some
Witch hazel (non alcoholic) on some maternity pads and froze them - these are fantastic post birth, cold and soothing or you can pop them in the disposable underwear

Get some sugary sweets and lucazade for your electrolytes

It will help after as you’ll feel shaky

yes i ordered the boots as they have great reviews! xxx

I put a Tens machine in mine. I never used it though but it's meant to help with contractions

thank you will definitely try this x

thank you ill definitely add some x
