Omgggg I love them! How did you make those!? I’m making Christmas gifts for my family and would love to attempt this!

I got a few mugs at Target about $5. I cut a piece of cardboard and glued it to the mug opening. I got foam balls and cut them in half and glue the half to the cardboard. I got this plaster stuff and put the plaster into a piping bag. I bought the piping bag and accessories off of Amazon for less then $10. I got a bunch of fake sprinkles (made of clay) off of Amazon and got the straws too! Wait a day or two and it's dry
