Looking for formula

Me and my Husband are looking for a new can of "emergency" formula for our donor breastmilk fed baby. I'm interested In goat milk formula. We're looking for a formula that's all natural or that mimics breastmilk but isn't American made because I've been told that European made formula is better. Pls give some recommendations. Thank you!
