Moms on a budget, how are you doing Christmas??

I’m dreading Christmas this year and usually love it. But we are the brokest we have ever been. I’m currently the only one working so we have been having to pinch pennies. How can I do Christmas?? How are you doing Christmas on a budget??? I have a 14 year old boy who is hard to shop for even if I had a million dollars. He’s always my more difficult child to shop for. He enjoys gaming but has everything he needs to do that. And legos. Also have a 9 year old girl who is cat obsessed. She’s not as difficult to shop for but it is hard when I’m on a budget. Also stocking stuffer ideas that are cheap but USEFUL, I don’t want to buy cheap stuff just to fill a stocking and then it get thrown away a few days later. Please help. I’ve already had to tell my mom we won’t be able to go up there this year for her get together as I can’t afford the gas getting there and back and I’ve been working 6-7 days a week. And I’m not doing gifts this year for anyone but my two kids since I truly just can not afford it. Thank you in advance for the ideas and advice.
