Best bottles for BF baby with slow flow

I’ve tried so many bottles for my 3 week old. Baby seems to drink 3-4oz faster than 5 mins and spits up from drinking too fast. However when on breast he doesn’t spit up

What are the best nipple like SLOW FLOW BOTTLES?

I’ve tried Lansinoh wide neck bottles, dr browns colic bottles, Phillips avent natural like bottles.

My last option was to try to even flo balance bottles. Anybody tried those ?

My midwife recommended Mam bottles with a size 0 teat and they were great for my newborn

I’m exclusively breast feeding but now doing top ups - I’m using Medela Calma - the bottle top and teat look odd but it’s to mimic breastfeeding. It’s very good
