Huckleberry sweet spot

Why is the sweet spot always adding an extra nap or 2? and then making the suggested bed time HOURS later than preferences i know it’s a suggestion so i don’t often go based on that bedtime and use my common sense but it’s annoying to have paid for that function when it’s not working properly ?
