Cold!!

I had a chest infection,ended up in an ambulance and been kept in over night on a nebuliser was so scary:( took me 3 weeks to shift it and now I've passed it onto my daughter😞 they didn't give me antibiotics because of my allergies but I literally took paracetamol and Jakemans throat sweets then I was just drinking home made honey and lemon every night,works a treat xx

I've randomly just developed a cough, pretty sure it came from nowwhere. Frustrating as I was sick 3 weeks ago. Our immune system really is more vulnerable.

I didn't realise we could do any throat sweets, cause I you can't have strepsils or lemsip.

@Gemma where did you get those sweets?

I've just been loads of ginger honey lemon tea

What led to being hospitalised? X

they're just the Jakemans ones so supermarkets,super drug boots etc x

I just couldn't breath at all,was really struggling for breath x
