Pregnant with my rainbow baby after an August miscarriage. Already farther along than last time and it just feels different. Anyone else?

the same thing happened to me in August, I'm 7 weeks 4days now. saw heartbeat last week at 1st scan 🥰 it was a silent miscarriage in August. so i didn't have any symptoms then
