Aptamil pepti 1 or SMA Althera
Currently going through assessment for CMPA. Been prescribed SMA Althera. It’s taken me since Wednesday last week to wean my baby off their old milk onto SMA because he wouldnt take it initially so had to mix the formula. People have mentioned Pepti 1 to me.
Any recommendation on which works better?

Allergy formulas taste different to standard formula which are more sweet so it can take a while for a baby to adjust to the allergy formula.
My little girl has been on SMA for 5 months (6 months old now) and we have had great results.
Remember every baby is different, what works for one might not for all. If you’re on SMA I would say to stay ion it for a while and see how you go.
It can take a couple of weeks for full results so don’t be too quick to switch.
